Munson Library, South Amherst Common at 1046 Southeast Street Amherst, MA 01002
FROM VERMONT: Take I-91 South to
Massachusetts exit #24. Turn left at the end of the ramp and go a short distance to Route 116.
Turn right onto 116. Follow route 116, all the way until the end (approximately 10 Miles), and it
will “T” with route 9 (Northampton Road). Make a left on Route 9. Follow Route 9 for one and
a half miles, it will take you up a hill to a light. Make a right at the light and you will be back on
route 116 (South Pleasant Street). Follow 116 for approximately 1 and 1/2 miles and look for
Shay’s street on the left. Turn left on Shay’s street. Follow Shay’s street for one mile and the
Munson Library will be on the left.
From New York: Take the Merritt Parkway (Henry Hudson Parkway to Cross County Pkwy to Hutchinson to Merritt) all the way
until it joins with I-91 after Meriden CT. Take I-91 North to exit 19, Route 9. Turn right onto 9, continue past malls to South Pleasant Street/116.
Turn right onto 116/So Pleasant. Follow 116 for approximately 1 and 1/2 miles and look for
Shay’s street on the left. Turn left on Shay’s street. Follow Shay’s street for one mile and the
Munson Library will be on the left. To Return: I-91 to Wilbur Cross Pkwy (becomes the Merritt Pkwy).
Exit to Cross County West toward Saw Mill Pkwy, then south to Henry Hudson Pkwy.

Center, 25 Main St. Northampton, MA “Fitzwilly’s Building” 3rd Floor
FROM VERMONT: Take I-91 South to
Massachusetts exit #20. At the end of the exit take King Street toward down town Northampton
to Main Street (approx. 1.5 miles). Turn left on Main and the Fitzwilly’s building will be on that
block, on the left. Park behind the building, entering just after The Fitzwilly’s Building and just
before the RR bridge. Be sure to go through the parking gate in the back parking lot to
avoid being ticketed.

Michael's Episcopal Church, 16 Bradley Ave. Brattleboro, VT
FROM MASS: Interstate 91
take Brattleboro exit #2. At the end of exit ramp make a left onto Rt. 9 east (toward Brattleboro).
Follow route 9 until the end and it will “T” with Main Street Brattleboro. Make a left on Main
Street. Follow Main Street for approximately ½ mile. (NOTE: Main ST. splits approximately
half way to the church. Stay to the right. The park and an information booth will be on
your left). The church will be on your right hand side, just after the information booth.

Valley Aikido Dojo, 11 Cottage Street. Brattleboro, VT
FROM MASSACHUSETTS: Take I-91 North to Vermont exit #1 in Brattleboro. At the end of the ramp take a right onto Canal Street,
toward Brattleboro. Go approximately ½ mile, just past Brattleboro Memorial Hospital
on the left, to Maple Street. Make a left on Maple. Approximately two tenths of a mile
you’ll see cottage street on the right, make a right on Cottage Street. The Aikido Dojo is
at the end of the street on the left in a refurbished Church. Please keep parking to one side
of street only (follow those who came before you).
